Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated individual for a position as an Title Searcher. As a searcher, you will need to be able to understand and further learn about real property and loans and transactions. We look for an individual who is capable of high performance and function even in stressful or time sensitive situations. Most days will consist of an 8:30-5:00 day, but additional time may be required during busy times. We are a great company that has been locally owned and operated since 1980. Responsibilities and Duties

Entering real estate transaction information in file management software. Searching real property information on County databases and sorting and compiling that information. Generally assist Title Officers and team with day to day needs and functions.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience in Mortgage/Real Estate preferred. Must have general computer knowledge and be able to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures. Must be a team player and able to work well with others. Must be literate and able to compose emails and willing and capable of having phone conversations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
